Questions agencies actually ask
Will it quote the wrong price or invent a property?+
The agent answers from the material you give it and is instructed not to invent. When a listing changes, update the file or page and it answers from the new version. For anything where a mistake is expensive — contracts, tax, legal title — set Restrictions so it declines and hands over to a person.
Can it search my listings by budget, bedrooms and area?+
It finds the listings that match what a buyer describes and answers about them, which covers most enquiries. It searches your documents rather than querying a database, so it cannot promise a complete list of everything under a given price. For that, the agent can send the buyer to the filtered search on your website.
Does it replace my negotiators?+
No. It handles first contact, routine questions, qualification and viewing bookings — the work that eats a negotiator’s day. Your people get warm, scored leads with a summary, and spend their time on viewings and closing.
Can it book viewings into my calendar?+
Yes. Connected to Google Calendar, it reads your calendar and offers only the times you are free within the viewing hours you set, then books the viewing inside the chat. If a buyer asks for a time that is taken, it offers the nearest free ones instead.
Does it work with my CRM?+
HubSpot is supported natively on Pro and Business. Other CRMs can receive leads through webhooks or the REST API. There is no native Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho connector today.
Can it answer on WhatsApp or the phone?+
Not today. The agent runs on your website, on a hosted page you can link from portal ads and social profiles, and on your own Telegram bot. It does not run inside WhatsApp or Instagram DMs, and it does not answer phone calls.
Do you train AI on my listings or client data?+
No. AnroAgents does not fine-tune or train any model on your data. Your documents and conversations are used to answer your own visitors and never reach another customer’s agent.
How do buyers’ AI assistants find my agency?+
Assistants that look for businesses read agent registries and agent cards. We run an open registry that other registries federate with, list your agent there and write the phrases buyers search by. Any A2A-compatible assistant can then ask your agent questions and book a viewing within your hours. Listing is available on paid plans.
