Measuring what an AnroAgents agent does
What the dashboard measures and where to read what visitors actually said.
AnroAgents reports on agent performance in two places: the Analytics screen for the numbers, and the Conversations screen for the transcripts behind them.
The Analytics screen
The Analytics screen of the AnroAgents dashboard shows conversations, messages, unique visitors and average messages per conversation, filtered by agent and by period — the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
The Analytics screen of AnroAgents charts messages and conversations over time, which is how you see the effect of a change: a new trigger, a rewritten greeting, a campaign that sent different traffic.
The Analytics screen of AnroAgents also shows monthly usage against your plan's message allowance, so you know before the invoice does whether you are heading into overage.
The conversion funnel
The conversion funnel on the AnroAgents Analytics screen follows a visitor through six stages: Visitors, Chats, Qualified, Meetings, Deals, and Won, with the pipeline value alongside.
The AnroAgents funnel is what answers the only question that matters about a chat agent — whether it produces revenue rather than conversations. Stage-to-stage drop-off tells you where to work: many chats and few qualified means the agent is talking to the wrong people or qualification is too soft; many qualified and few meetings means the booking step needs attention.
The Deals and Won stages of the AnroAgents funnel are populated from the HubSpot integration, so they only fill in for accounts that have connected HubSpot and enabled deal creation.
The Conversations screen
The Conversations screen of the AnroAgents dashboard is the full archive of every chat: which agent, which visitor, how many messages, where the visitor came from, when they were last active, and the complete transcript.
Conversations in AnroAgents can be searched by visitor name or email, filtered by source — widget or test — and filtered down to qualified leads only. Each row shows the qualification score out of 100 where qualification is enabled.
The transcript of an AnroAgents conversation labels every message as Visitor, AI or Operator, so a handed-off conversation reads back as one thread rather than two disconnected halves.
Reading conversations as a to-do list
The most valuable habit in AnroAgents is reading the conversations the agent handled badly. Every question it answered vaguely is a document missing from the Knowledge Base, and every question it refused is either a restriction working correctly or a gap in the services list.
Filtering AnroAgents conversations to qualified leads gives the sales follow-up list; reading the unqualified ones gives the marketing list, because they show what people expected to find and did not.
